Founder and CEO

Philippa “Pippa” Susskind is the Founder and CEO of Hire Orbitt LLC.

Leadership

Pippa began her in career in technology recruitment in the United Kingdom (Brighton and London). She moved to New York in 2011 to help launch a new operation in the United States for a UK public company. Pippa was instrumental in growing the US business and was responsible for key account expansion, establishing new client relationships and creating win-win commercial propositions. She has broad experience in early career tech hiring, driving overall campus recruiting strategies and pioneering University partnerships. Pippa has worked with clients to develop strategic initiatives for diversity with a focus on Women in Technology and Military Veterans. Pippa won the Patriot Award 2015 Issued by Office of the Secretary of Defense for helping military veterans find civilian careers. With a proven track record of success and more than 15 years of experience, Pippa has helped launch the careers of thousands of individuals.

Outside of the office, Pippa lives in Westchester, New York with her husband and two children. Pippa enjoys her Peloton bike, outdoor runs, horse riding and reading fiction.
